The Consortium for Interactive Instruction Representatives
The C.I.I., a regionally based consortium of public and private schools and universities was inaugurated in 1984 and currently represents over 24,000 teachers and nearly 280,000 students in eastern Virginia. As a user-directed, user-funded activity managed by WHRO, the C.I.I. is committed to leading the transformation of education by advocating the most appropriate uses of technology.
The Regional Schools Contract Planning Committee Representatives
The RSCPC is a state-mandated committee that consists of one representative from each of the public schools in the WHRO service area whose primary purpose is to serve as a liaison between the school divisions and WHRO regarding the identification, evaluation, selection, and distribution of instructional programming and related materials and services.
